Processing

The hosting provider processes technically necessary server logs, including IP address, time, requested address, browser information and status code, to operate and secure the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. When you contact us through the web form, by phone or by email, we process the information and attachments you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer or perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Enquiries and quotation configurator

For enquiries, we may process your name, company or institution name, phone number, email address, message, selected service and configurator details, location and preferred implementation period. This also includes photographs, project documentation, inspection reports and other documents you voluntarily attach. The purpose is to handle the enquiry, communicate with the customer, assess the requirements and prepare a quotation.

Recipients and retention

Recipients may include hosting and communication providers, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the enquiry, legal retention duties and the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.

Cookies and external content

The website currently uses no analytics or marketing services, external map or consent-requiring cookies.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. No automated decision-making or profiling is used. You may complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority, dataprotection.gov.sk.
